Sign up for free and access our valuable weekly and monthly videos, plus the archive library, or select a paid plan for a more personalized journey. The choice is yours.

2. Access The Member Portal

My member portal allows you to quickly find all the tools and resources available to your current membership level. View the exercise library, schedule personal training sessions, access custom workouts and more.

3. Schedule Your Initial Assessment

The initial assessment is available for all paid plans and gives you a one-on-one Zoom session with Doug to develop your personal exercise strategy.

4. Start Training

Once your initial assessment is complete, members can schedule personal training sessions, download custom workout plans, access the exercise library and much more.
